Job Description

Are you a natural leader? The Merchandise Support Team Lead works with the store management team to execute non-selling tasks.                                                                                                                                                               Join our team of associates responsible for unloading and processing our new merchandise receipts.


The Merchandise Support Team leads the placement of all new merchandise on the selling floor and stockrooms, presents merchandise according to the visual directives, and maintains security standards and pricing with accuracy. This position works closely with the store management team to support the non-selling functions such as replenishment of merchandise, processing, transfers and damage/defective merchandise. The Merchandise Support Team Lead trains and develops their team to meet their fullest potential, increase productivity and efficiency by giving concise direction and follow-up.


We’ll value your:

  • 1-2 years of sales or equivalent experience
  • Merchandising/sales support experience in a retail environment
  • Productivity driven and highly organized
  • High energy level, great communication and leadership skills

Schedules will vary to meet the needs of our incoming freight receipts, but will include primarily early morning hours prior to store opening.
